I also had a problem with my lcd display after it was repaired by them, however upon calling the store the manager, they were eager to fix it for free. when i asked what had happened they assured me that it was only a defective part and that their warranty would cover it. i brought it in and about 45 minutes later i had a perfect working phone again. I wasn't too happy about making the drive twice but their upbeat service and commitment to make me leave happy has earned them a future repeat customer. i don't know exactly whats wrong with your phone but next time i would call if you have an issue, they took care of me

Yesterday, I had an experience that reminded me that customer service is not completely dead. I was looking for a certain computer accessory. I called Radio Shack on Lindell Blvd and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable employee named Sandra who advised me of the product's availability. Upon arriving at the store, I found the people there friendly and courteous. Sandra quickly located my product and even helped me evaluate it for my needs. I thought she displayed great customer service. Great job!
I took my Iphone 4 in the other day to get the screen replaced. Apple wanted to charge $200! Found these guys on YP and they did it in less than 30 minutes, gave me a new screen and retina display for $100!! It's like brand new now. Don't go to Apple or At&t. These guys are much cheaper and are actually certified to fix Iphones, so they do the same job for like half the price.
I have bought a few phones from these guys and they are super knowledgeable! If you have any questions they know! I tell them my price range and what I like (which they probably know by now haha) then show me the phones. I am glad I dont have to go to ATT or anything like that because they always talk you into stuff you dont want. Try these guys out!!!

They match competitor's price and using your Rewards Card is savings for you in the future with so much dollars awarded to you on your next purchase. This store always has the quantity of New Release DVD's.
Every year this store holds a special after hours sale for Reward Zone members and it's always a highlight of the upcoming shopping season. This year the refreshments were limited to soda and candy but since I'm on a diet that didn't matter to me!
Although I may have been talked into spending too much money here (wink, wink), the staff has been friendly & helpful. There is usually a wait at this location, I would recommend setting an appointment ahead of time!
I went to iSmart to have my galaxy S3 glass repaired. It took them no joke 2 hours and only cost me $75! Other shops I called were around $250...These guys have a Great deal, great staff, and couldn't be happier!
Came in today no expecting them to fit me in because of how busy they were but I was able to drop my phone off and pick it up fast! I got it fixed in time for Mardi Gras! Hopefully I don't break my phone again!
