This is a terrible company The staff is very disrespectful if you do not meet their requirements they will hang up on you I would never advise anyone to work for this company .

This is my second attempt in several years with KForce. My issue is inefficiency: a staffing manager forgot to place my appointment in their office schedule, so when I came, the receptionist was not expecting me. Instead of taking care of all details in one visit, I made 2-3 visits to complete preparatory items prior to what was otherwise a good assignment at a major St. Louis company. Direct deposit registration was not handled in a timely fashion; same for a promised retention bonus, which when received, two weeks after the conclusion of the assignment, was not the full amount originally promised. My view is that in signing on with a staffing agency the staffers are working for me. My takeaway is one of great frustration and disappointment in their poor customer service toward me, the candidate. Since I'm also registered with several other agencies, I'm very inclined to 'just drop' this one. For those of you contemplating signing on with KForce, think about that very carefully before proceeding.
I was needing DOT compliance for my company last year. Justin assisting me thru the process and even gave his personall phone because I had many question. Very helpful and very good service at CCM
THIS is why I always choose family-owned small business whenever possible. As a worried mother, I've been taking my kids here for over a year. CCM offers reduced prices for high school students and will take the time to explain the results to me. I always have a lot of questions, and the staff is very knowledgeable and never hesitant to answer my questions.
Very friendly staff AND better prices than other places I called in the area. Owner is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions (I had a lot)
You are keep giving me the 1 800 number yesterday when I looked it up on this application you gave me the local number so that tells me is that this application is not a quality app
Dear LGC & Associates, To whom this may concern,I am waiting for a personal apology from the President of your organization, Jennifer Landreth. I hired members from your organization to staff my wedding in Hermann, Mo on September 15th, 2012. No one ever showed up to service my event. There is no acceptable excuse for the staff to have not arrived, when my 130 other guests arrived with no issues with directions. Your staff was inconsiderate on the phone with us. My wedding party and friends ended up serving food and cleaning up, not how we imagined our wedding day. Please contact me to resolve this matter. Sincerely, Jennifer BennekemperP.S. At this time I have spoken to St Louis branch manager Rachel Martin, who not only was rude to me and never offered even an apology, who was unable to give me a better answer other than "they couldn't find it, you should have answered your phone to give the staff directions." She told they had out printed directions, and someone had a phone with GPS. It is completely unacceptable to have been treated in this manner, I am simply appalled that any company or staff member would treat me this way.
