Worst company I have ever worked with. Our heating system went out on Christmas night. We did not regain heat until mid February. We were told to use emergency heat until they were able to install the new unit. Therefore our KU bill was through the roof. We paid for a brand new HVAC unit, had them install it. Since then our AC has went out 3 times. All of which was a battle to get them to come back out because they thought it wasn’t there problem anymore. Each time they said it was fixed, yet here we are again today... 90° outside and no AC 🤔 The owner, Dan Little, does not respond to calls. He only communicates through text message. They have not ONCE been on time. Sometimes days later. This last time Dan asked me if I were home, 11:30 am. I said I can be in 30 minutes. He said someone would be out at noon. I left work (have had to leave work several times for this BS), and the employee did not show up until 4:30 pm. They are never prepared. Either they don’t have a latter, the right tools, etc... The vehicles that they show up in look as if they’ve just left the junk yard. No labels or company names on them. Employees were smoking in our garage and up in the attic, leaving their cigarettes behind. They’ve even asked my husband for gas money while inside our home! How unprofessional can you get... Please, for the sake of your sanity, do NOT go with this “company” for your HVAC needs. Take my word for it. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Called 2 months ago because our fridge water and ice dispenser wasn't working, they finally showed up and said we needed a new control board...two months later, they show up to replace the control board. Never bothered to verify the ice and water worked. We now have water, but no ice. My husband called them and was told that he was only told to replace the board and was not told anything about the ice maker! That was the original reason they came two months ago! This was through home warranty, so we had to go with them...I suggest you find another company to deal with unless you're ok waiting months for a repair. Oh, and they never call you back!

Won't call you back charged upfront didn't take care of problem an wouldn't return calls never again

Dan was quick to come to our house on a Saturday and fixed our AC problem promptly at a very fair price. Very highly recommend!

Run as fast as u can from this company. Boss man is a crook. He demands money up front but doesn't want to come back to finish job. Constantly lies and gives excuses. It took 6 weeks to finish installing parent's furnace because workers would not show up. I would tell them to come at 9am and they would either not show up or come around 4pm. We had a gas leak and gas company was called. Gas company found illegal piping and gas lines, and shut off the gas to furnace and water heater. It took a week before the gas was turned back on because he didn't want to send someone to finish the job and send the materials for the job. I finally gave him an ultimatium that I wanted the job completed by the end of the day.
