Being newbies to the RV world, when things go wrong we have no idea where to start looking for a problem. We just happened to be in Richmond Hill, GA, when a problem popped up with our air conditioning and sink faucet. Instead of insisting we bring our camper to them for us to fork over hundreds of dollars for them to fix, they gave us the information to do it ourselves to save money. To me, this is so rare in today's service industry, that I just had to come on here and rate this place as wonderful! Their help was spot on correct and we saved so much hassle and time so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thumbs up to these guys!
