I ordered 2 diferrent items. It seems there was a confusion was they were delivered and only one was delivered at first, on time. I waited a few days, in case the issue was "back order". I then emailed to ask about it. I was contacted relatively quickly, and apologized to, and the second item was delivered. So I am satisfied.
Just the XXL sized Teeshirt is way larger than the XL shirt. We will be reurning this one for a XL. The other three shirts are great. Good quality on printing and product itself. Overall happy with it
LOVE your t-shirts, but since the designs appeal to the nerdy set, you might want to make them in sizes larger than 3XL so they may fit more of the nerdy set. Trust me, I know of what I speak
Fantastic range of very funny t-shirts! Some sites I viewed were very rude. Yours had some but not over the top and most were incredibly funny! Also very reasonably priced, especially because I had to pay overseas delivery.
asked when the hat I purchased would be back in stock. Most apparel companies know when their purchase orders are expected to receive in. When i called the CSR, she had no idea when or even IF a purchase order existed for the item. she just suggested I just keep checking back later. Most online systems know when to expect new stock in
I Love Absolute Tee's,I have been purchasing their shirts online for over a year now and their quality of the shirts used to be great. Recently i have found that the white colored shirts have dropped in quality. It really sucks because i really love the idea behind Absolute T-shirts and the idea of supporting independent artists, but i now have to base my purchase decisions on color of the shirt rather than designs I like. Again, I love the designs, I love the concept but they need to start using high quality white shirts like they used to.
i've ordered one too many shirts from this place. but it's fun...and addicting. yes, orders can take some time during the really busy seasons. (actually, it seems these guys are getting busier by the minute.)
I really like the fact that you can earn points towards more shirts (i.e. FREE MONEY) by submitting photos of you wearing the shirts! How simple is that?
Only problem is, i don't wear them as often anymore...feel like I'm kind of outgrowing the novelty factor, and am maybe too old to wear a lot of the designs.
Some very fun shirts at decent prices. Service staff seems unfriendly For such a fun place, The http://absolutet-shirts.com website is great though
Now, I'm not one for printed shirts typically, or at least I am extremely picky. Too many of the printed shirts at big name stores are just stupid and not unique in any way. So, I never got them.
Now, WHY do I LOVE absolute? Because they have unique designs, shirts that can be witty and clever and shirts that just reference fun things in life. And if I don't find a shirt I like, I just wait a bit and see whats out in the next few weeks! And even better, the designers are not people paid to churn out ideas, they are people who work hard and are chosen because of their great creativity.
The hoodies are a bit expensive, but I'm not getting a ton of those anyways. The shirts are at great prices and is a place I would prefer over anyone else for printed t-shirts, and thats a big deal for me.
As long as i'm buying online I'll be on their website. But I certainly prefer the ability to see the printed shirt before I buy it.
My entire summer wardrobe is made of funny T shirts and cut off jeans. Imaginative? Not really. Stylish? Absolutely not. But at least I'm not wearing an overpriced Urban Outfitters shirt or Old Navy crap that will disintegrate apart in a month.
Sure, the shipping can be extremely slow. What do you expect when they have a $10 sale and we all go running to place orders? My big complaint is the sizing. Mine are all the same size but some have shrunk down and others are fine. Are they not prewashed? I think the women's shirts are from American Apparel and, not having shopped there before, I'm clueless as to how the sizing works for women.
I LOVE me some tees! I got worried several months ago after a horrible, wretched experience where it took my package more than a month to get to me Shortly after that, they changed shippers, and from what I can tell, they got their stuff worked out. So I recently ordered again and decided I wanted to exchange one of the shirts.
I hopped on there site and shipped it back. Although the customer service wasn't exactly the friendliest (it wasn't rude or anything, just really ... devoid of personality ... sort of like talking to a wet mop), it was quick and easy.
After dealing with various UPS persons over the phone and jamie from customer service I have to say they did everything they could, and UPS can kiss my a$$.
It turns out that UPS hires retarded drivers and that it's at their descretion whether or not to leave a box at a residence. This might be okay if I lived in suburbia, but I don't! I live in a less than desirable neighborhood with addicts that steal anything left out in public spaces.
I received e-mail notification from the other day with an apology and offer of options--I decided to go with a refund since the shirts I wanted aren't available any longer.
Thanks to absolute for taking care of a messy situation by communicating with UPS.
***
july 13: place order for four shirts online
july 16: order finally gets assembled
july 17: order arrives at UPS warehouse
august 2: supposed delivery date
august 3: delivered to apartment building "porch" by crackhead UPS carrier
Dec 5: I call my building manager to find out if she picked it up or knew if other tenant did. NADA. I call UPS and they tell me same crapI know from internet tracking information. I e-mail absolute to inquire about investigation into UPS' delivery service through them.
... next I'm writing my scathing review for crackhead UPS carrier ignoring THREE SIGNS at front gate clearly indicating:
"DO NOT leave packages on porch or at door. ONLY hand over packages to addressee. Signed, Manager"
It took a week for the tracking number to register on their website.
They only have e-mail correspondence for so-called customer service. NO PHONE NUMBER. F*cking ridiculous. It takes them at least 3 days to get back to you.
Their e-mail doesn't not work if you happen to have an AOL e-mail account. *start sarcasm* But gee, no one has AOL so I guess we won't worry about that! *end sarcasm* (Thank goodness for the employee with the sense to CC an e-mail to me via their PERSONAL hotmail account. THAT'S customer service.
*hahRUMPH!*
I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend (as a surprise). I found out from said hotmail e-mail that the website/stock numbers were incorrect and they didn't have anymore. CRAP! That was the whole point in ordering from them. REDEEMING POINT: they refunded me and offered a $5 gift certificate for other merchandise.
