Hi Country Rec-V-Center

We bought a used RV but it was new to us and came into Hi Country just to browse and ask a few questions. Rachel, who tends to store customers, schedules appointments and answers the phone was invaluable with the tips and information she gave. We now feel much more informed and at ease about several things in our RV that the salesperson we purchased it from never told us. Rachel and her husband who own Hi Country take time to help and educate their customers in an attempt to keep them from making unnecessary purchases or repairs. This is a wonderful and uncommon thing today in most businesses! We highly recommend Hi Country for any RV needs and will eagerly refer our friends and family to them. Them being a small, family owned business that puts the customer first is greatly appreciated.

Over the past three years we have frequented your establishment and on every occasion we have been made to feel not welcome at all. We felt that we were intruding on your wife's time and could not wait to leave the store. We had one positive experience with the husband who was very pleasant indeed. To cap it off we pulled up a noon on Sat. as the wife was leaving. She looked at us as she got in her car and drove off! Could not believe it. We will GLADLY pass your store and pay for the gas to travel to the valley. Thank you
