Plovers Drive Thru

I hope the owners read this ,Regrettably me and my 9 year old son went through Plover drive through today I ordered three double olive Burgers I got halfway to my destination where I was driving and my son blurts out there is a quarter in my hamburger at first I thought he was kidding and I couldn't believe it but he pulled out a quarter full of ketchup and mustard my son was never so serious I was too far away by then to go straight back but I called the manager that was on duty right away , explain to him what happened I know because it was so strange he didn't believe me . Told him this was serious and I wasn't joking and my kid doesn't lie about such a stupid thing , I was kind of surprised when the manager said OK thanks for calling and that's it, he didn't say I am sorry or offered to buy me a new hamburger until I said something, then he finally said OK stop by , when I got to the drive up window , one lady had my burger and handed it with here's your burger, because of what happened I just said I would like my money back for the one burger , that was when this other girl butted in and very rudely said to me there's no way a quarter was in that burger, and was super sassy an had an attitude problem bad , she did give me the money but with an attitude , I just said what's with your attitude she said I don't have an attitude and I said you're acting like a little brat , and she totally was and then she shut the window in my face. What's so stupid is why would I make up something so dumb it was more a waste of my time and gas coming back , and the only thing I wanted was my money back for the hamburger I paid for and that's it, I didn't ask for any more. but instead I got no I'm sorry's at all, no let us make it right for you. All I got was a sassy girl with a bad attitude and a guy manager that doesn't know how to say sorry and will make it right for you . I am so sorry that I ate there and I will never eat there again. And will let people know not to go there , Also maybe the food health inspector needs to be made aware of the quarter my son found in the food , It's just fortunate for you my son didn't break his tooth on that quarter

I recently tried to eat at plover express I ordered a California burger and 2 fries with a drink and was charged 14.00 because woman who obviously has no clue how to do her job or calculate simple math tried charging me and refused to make it a combo to save me a little bit of money but no she had to argue with me and actually show me the math which was way wrong I'm tired of going out to eat and have to deal with half hearted employees who hate their jobs! Start hiring decent hard working people who appreciate the job they have and stop hiring lazy snotty potheads who are only there to snag food and get a paycheck! This is not the first time this has happened nor will I ever patron that establishment ever again
