Protection One Alarm and Security

Protection One monitoring service did not communicate with my system half the time so if there is an emergency they will would not be able to get emergency service to my house for help. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue and the manager hanging up on me, I told them I just wanted to cancel then they threatened me that I had 7 months left on my contract and I would have to pay over $700 to get out of it. Protection One Alarm company is a rip Off stay away, go to another alarm company.
