We purchased a used vehicle. Andy Mohr Ford did not fix anything we were told they would fix for us at purchase. If you don't get it in writing they will claim it was an As-Is deal and not their problem, I didn't buy a warranty. The BBB wouldn't even help us out. The salesman was all in, telling us they would get a tire pressure sensor and the air conditioning fixed for us, when we were purchasing. They didn't fix either and claim the vehicle was sold As-Is. Beware of what you think you are purchasing from them...
I called the dealership sincerely interested in a cash deal on 2008 Mercury Mariner, we wanted to make sure that it was still available before we made the hour drive. We were assured it was still available and would be waiting out front for us. Upon our arrival we were informed that they had already had a deal in it from yesterday and had taken a deposit. But of course they had something else they could show us.....
Rip off bait and switch thank you for wasting my time!

This is the best location for automotive service I have ever used. Car sales people are great too! Very informative, no pressure!

After visiting 3 different Ford dealerships in Indy, Andy Mohr was my favorite. I didn't get pushy or arrogant sales people, no games. They were willing to work with me on every aspect of our car quest. They seemed interested in what my needs were & were willing to work with me on all of them. ...... You know, all is great until you want a little bit of a deal & then you hit a wall with the sales staff, ....that didn't happen & I was impressed. I know, after much research I did get a great deal.!! They also came up with a few creative ways to save me a little more money toward the end, even after we agreed on pricing & features. Our sales guy Gary Gross was friendly, attentive, and noticeably respectful toward my wife, I really appreciated that & so did she. We enjoyed working with Gary, he came thru for us & I will refer any one I know to ask for him. Thanks Guys, We will be back for our next purchase. Kevin & Audrey
