Donny was great! My laptop would no longer boot after a Microsoft Critical update. I use my machine daily for business, and he immediately had me bring it in for him to work on. Three hours later, he had the problem resolved and system is running great. He ensured I had the latest updates to my operating system; as well a licensed copy of MS Office reloaded to my laptop. His price to repair was excellent (far, far less than the Big Box Geek Squad) and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
