We are using another company this year, due to the continuing rising cost and the lack of good customer service. We were a bit nervous using them in the first place but we thought we would give them another try. Last year they delivered a couple of hours right before the start of the event! Yes we were upset and we told them! This was our daughters open house. We have used them for 6 or 7 years running for various events. This year I was quoted $105 and $15 more if I wanted to have a light. So I ordered the basic unit and she said she would bill us. The following day she called and informed me that there would be an additional $25 fee to place it where they have placed it for the last 5 summer parties! When I questioned her about not wanting our business she became defensive. I believe they did not like us telling them that we were upset last year and tacked on the additional fees to steer us away.. So be careful what you say to Betty and Don if you decide to use them..
