I hired Attorney Credit Services after the conversation that they could help bring up my low credit score. I was skeptical at first but after a few months I did see improvement. I just followed what they told me and it helped out a great deal. Once the process was done i was finally able to qualify for a house. I got it!!

I was going to use their services for my bankruptcy filing, went so far as to pay my down payment. However, I was desperate and this firm was in no position to really assist with the balance they wanted up front. I did my research before making another payment and boy am I glad I did!!! I found another attorney and within 48 hours, and the cost to actually file, I can breathe again! Now this division that's calling, I guess like a credit repair. I told them, I no longer need their services. You kept my initial down payment and still want me to pay for this?! No thanks, K.E.L...we've got it from here.

I had the experience of working with this company. I would not recommend them at all! After paying $59 for their fee, nothing was ever heard from then again. I phoned them to see what was going on and got referred to another extension. Then all I got is "We are working on it." There was never any paperwork sent or follow-ups to let you know what is going on. I had to change my debit card due to another situation so they didn't get their payment but I certainly got a call. I explained the situation but was not sure about continuing with them as I felt that nothing was being done. Stupidly I decided to give them another chance but explained that I would start again on 5/3. Phil is the person I spoke with and he said they would even wait until the 4th to take out the payment as at that time I did not have the funds in my account to cover the payment. He assured me that even though I gave him my new card number, it would not be debited until the 4th. That was on Friday, April 18th. Well guess what happened-the amount was debited out of my account as soon as he hung up. This over drafted my checking account, causing another transaction to be over drafted. And I got nailed with 2 fees for $35 each. My account would have been fine had they done what they said they were going to do instead of lying to me. Unfortunately I did not find this out until Sat morning while checking my account. Called and got their answering service and left a message twice. No answer. Called to speak to the main person named Gemma Allan, no return calls. I was upset but calmed down and wanted to find out what happened. Repeated calls went unanswered. Called again the next day. Got referred to the billiing dept. Still no return calls from anyone. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! For over $120 dollars, all I got is "we are working on it". Also, it cost me an extra $70 in bank charges because of them. Lots of luck if you use them!
