Provided by DexKnowsWhen I called for help on my air conditioning unit they were friendly and came out the next day and new right away what the problem was. I was told I would be charged at least the $65 labor fee to diagnose and parts would be additional.I was happy with the service until he handed me a bill for $300 to replace a capacitor. After paying the bill I went to the Internet to check how much the capacitor should be and found that I could get it with the shipping for less than $30.I have heard of doubling the cost of parts, but never thought of charging 8 times my cost for parts when I service products unless the part is a couple dollars or less and the shipping and handling was much more.Their service is good, but I would make sure to get a quote with parts first.

Provided by DexKnowsI called these guys and the owner came up to kamas to check my furnace, tightened some clamps and told me to call if there was a real problem, charged me for gas and that was it. very nice honest person who isn't out to take advantage of anyone, a breath of fresh air. people like this are few and far between.I would refer this business to anyone!!! a real pleasure
No heat in a snow storm, No problem! These guys were great,they came out when they said they would and fixed my heat when my family was freezing! They were very friendly and with the coupon I used from their website they were cheaper then the other guy I called. After they were done I tiped the guy because they were so professional and friendly I felt like they did me a huge favor. Don't get me wrong it sucked that our heat went out but I am just glad I found these guys. Thank you!
