Poor office management and waste of money spent on worthless jobs

I called several times to order a part for my father's farm equipment and wasput on h old for several minutes (thank gosh for speaker phones). I finally talked to the service manager, some guy named Steve, who was so rude and acted like I was some dumb blonde woman. I told him the specific part numbers I needed to order. He asked me to repeat the numbers several times, apparently the laughter in the background was more important. I finally yelled the numbers, he told me not to get upset. WOW! I told him I would pick up the parts when they arrived. He then transferred me to some shipping lady, who apparently does not understand English. I asked to speak to the Office Manager or the Owner and was told they do not speak to customers. I persisted to speak to someone else and finally talked to someone who said she was the office manager. During my explanation of the situation, she interrupted and told me she does not handle customer complaints or orders. Another transfer.... Oh and guess who picked up the phone, the Service Manager. I told Steve to cancel my order and I would go elsewhere. Sounds like this company has jobs that are not needed. Dear Owner, take a look at your employees, it may save you a lot of money.

Poor customer service

We needed to find a replacement key for our Honda lawn mower so we called the Anderson Industrial Engines Company on June 3rd in the afternoon. I called 3 times kept getting a recorded message. Even ask Dawn, a gal who answers the phone that I was trying to find out if they sell replacement keys. The service dept. was busy with customers so I waited and called the next morning. Same thing - answering machine so we talked to Dawn again asking if they sell replacement keys for Honda lawnmowers She stated that service department was busy so we requested to speak to the manager - well he was busy with a customer - so we left our name and phone number to have him call us. Three days later we still haven't heard from him - We will never recommend this place to anyone - poor way to run a business!
