I have been going to Essence for Beauty and Wellness for many years. The staff is friendly and courteous and I always have a great experience whether I am having my hair cut and colored by Cathy Durham,or facials and spa treatments with Becky. Frank, the owner has done an amazing job all these years with providing his customers with the best services any one could ask for. I am never disappointed when I leave Essence and I feel great. Even during these difficult times with COVID-19, you have no worries about not feeling safe when you enter Essence. I feel more like a family member than just a customer.
