Great experience! I had wrestled with vented or unvented logs. Researched it all on "Google U" and learned to be really confused. When I went into the store the first time, the store associate was a very calm, clear, and knowledgeable about my choices, the pros and cons, and never pushed one direction or the other. That was not my experience at other stores so I went back to where I started, ordered what I needed, including new doors. It was all installed very efficiently in a timely manner and we love the results.

I strolled in to the store one day to look for some ideas for my fireplace and Kandi sat down with me and showed me some options. She was so helpful. I was lucky enough to choose a fireplace door that was in stock and got it installed within a week. The gentleman who installed it was very nice and very fast. The whole process was SOOO easy!

I just moved her and have been putting off buying gas logs but when I walked into the store, I was waited on immediately and all of my crazy questions were answered. I felt no pressure to buy anything and when I decided to go home and think about it, Kandi was very understanding. I returned a few days later and met with Desi who was also helpful. I did not feel pushed in the direction of one product over another. Their installer, Chris, was wonderful. He knew his job and also answered all of my questions. He arrived on time and worked non-stop.. I highly recommend Bachles!.

Bachle's replaced an old brass fireplace glass door in our home. We stopped by the store one day, and Desi was very helpful with information and what we needed to do. Candy came out to the house to do the measuring and taking the order. As promised, the door arrived in about 4 weeks. Dean installed this week and it looks great. I have already recommended Bachle's to friends. JOB WELL DONE!!

Bachle's installed gas logs a couple od years ago and I was very pleased with the installation. Unfortunately I did not take there advice to have a pilot light igniter installed at that time. After experiancing the error of my ways I called and spoke with Kandi and asked her to have the pilot light installed. I am pleased to say she didn't say "I told you so" she very professionally arranged to have the igniter installed at a very reasonable price. The young man that did the installation was on time (very rare in todays market) and left the fireplace spotless. I will recommend Bachles to anyone.

I recently purchased a custom fireplace screen for our new outdoor fireplace. It's absolutely beautiful. The first time I went in the store Kandi had a screen on display and it was love at first sight. It had been s a custom order some years ago and the people had redecorate their home and purchased a new screen. Only problem was some parts of the designs could no longer be duplicated. She was able to remove pieces of that screen and create a new screen for me. with a beautiful three-dimensional grape vine pattern. It's perfect with my antique patio furniture which also has a grape vine pattern. It's just stunning! I only wish the dear friend who gave me the furniture probably forty years ago could she how beautiful my patio looks! Thanks, Kandi...you're the best!

Bachel's just made and installed a custom fireplace screen in a large fireplace opening in the house we just bought,
and they did an awesome job! Their fabricators and installers are skilled and very professional. We also had them
install new gas logs in another house a few years ago, and we were very pleased then as well. We highly

Bachle's is fantastic. Almost all of our dealings were with Candi, the owner. After looking online for custom order fireplace doors, I concluded that it was beyond my abilities even to measure for the door. Called Bachle's based on the reviews here. Candi came to the house to measure for the fireplace door, and show us options. We picked a very modern looking door that was going to have to be mortared into place due to the irregular shape of the opening. In 3 weeks, we had the new door. Candi did almost all the work herself although she did have a helper along for the installation. The door looks GREAT! And you couldn't find a more knowledgeable, friendly, and can do business owner than Candi. If you live in central Oklahoma, and need a fireplace door, call Candi at Bachle's. You will be so very glad that you did. Amazing service, comprehensive knowledge, and what I consider, from what I know of custom fireplace doors, pretty reasonable prices.

The owner of this company cares a great a deal about her business and it shows in her professionalism. Follows up well and has great referrals. I've tried other companies, but they fell far short of Bachle's Fireplace. Clearly I don't understand why someone gave a one star rating.

First off, I can't fathom anyone having a problem with this place! The lady's in the showroom were second to none, and my dealings with the owner were nothing but exceptional! She is not only friendly, congenial and helpful, she is also very trustworthy and stands by her word/work! I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from Bachle's...ever!!

We had a fireplace glass door ordered and installed. The saleswoman was very helpful and quoted a price that was exactly the same as when the OWNER of the company came out to do an exact measure of the fireplace opening. She also brought out the sample colors to choose from and made sure the door we picked would be suitable and look good. What amazed us is she did this after hours and with a great attitude. The guys that installed the door were very quick and did an exceptional job. They were clean cut and very personable. We will go back to buy outdoor furniture this spring.

This is the place that everyone should shop at for anything fireplace!!! They have so many choices and help tailor your fireplace to fit your style. Kandi the owner and her staff were great to work with. A very relaxing, easy experience. You don't need to do alot of research because they have done it all. Bachle's thats the name to remember when thinking fireplace.
