Southern Grill

Stopped at Fish bones tonight for dinner...were seated and waited 15 minutes when finally the hostess noticed we weren't being taken care of, she came to take our order. Waited 25 minutesf for wings and a sandwich. Waited another 10 minutes for the side of cole slaw that was supposed to come with the sandwich. Never saw our waitress, not once during the hour we were there. So strange, this is a first for me. Will not be back.

Just left this place and will not be returning! Half the food on the plate was cold-the vegetables were obviously frozen and not fully heated, as were the sweet potato fries. The clam chowder tasted good but was lukewarm, and the "fresh" pot of coffee we specifically asked for wasn't! we had to request rolls 3 times and the response was that our waitress was trying to get them but the kitchen staff just wasn't getting them ready. The bill needed correction and even after mentioning all the issues our waitress hadn't brought it to the managers attention. Considering how slow it was when we were there I was taken aback by the poor service and lack of concern.

We were going to the Shell Factory...decided to have a early dinner at Capt'n Fishbones..got seated right away...everyone was sooo friendly..had the fish n chips special(9.95) wonderful..the waitress informed me that all the food was made from scratch (I had asked about the mash potatoes).The place was filled with fish on the walls,lots of things to look at.We had been on vacation from Missouri and it was so nice to find a place where everyone was smiling and having a good time...staff included,also to enjoy a great meal at a great price...did I mention that was all you can eat.This place is a gem!!
