Fine Dining at it's best. From prime dry aged burgers to Moroccan spiced lamb chops with watercress and citrus to Colossal Shrimp.

General Info: Executive Chef Will Savarese, lends his classical culinary skills to the kitchen of Roberts Restaurant. His accomplished resume boasts celebrated names like Le Cirque & Aureole as well as a lengthy stint at Le Cote Basque where he attained the role of Chef de Cuisine, and La Cremaillere, where he was the Executive Chef and helped garner a 3 star rating from the New York Times (May 26, 2002). Will feels his traditional background provides the perfect preparation for this unique & challenging project.
