If talking could get the job done, there would be no problem. Unfortunately, the owner does not hold up his end of the bargin. If you do busines with him get an ironclad contract with definite time limits. He talks a great game but does a little work and asks for more money then abandons the job when he has gotten all he can out of you. He left my yard in a mess- don't know what it will cost to have it fixed.
