We had a pinhole size leak in our main water line that was discovered by another plumber after Mr Springs failed to help us. He shut off the water supply and had to have noticed the massive flooding around it, but never mentioned it to us. Instead he fixed our faucet and said we needed to replace the flapper in our toilet. Did not return our call after we said that did not fix anything, & did not show up to the initial appointment when we waited all day for him. Pleasant man to talk to, but that's not why we hired him.
