CSRA Bio-Care was there when I really needed them. I googled and searched for a service that could do odor removal service all in the southeast of Georgia and was not successful before getting in contact with CSRA Bio-Care. The companies I did find would not travel outside a certain mileage range and most not even out of their local area. CSRA Bio-Care provide service in and outside their area. They are a family oriented company and kept me updated on the progress of the job all the time. They did a great job in explaining to me specifically what services they provide. They scheduled a consult visit and quote around my schedule. The price was a bargain compared to the cost and risk it would have required of me and my family to attempt to get the house smoke odor free. They took extra care to ensure the property inside and outside was damage free as they did lots of movement and cleaning of all the areas in the house. If they saw that a additional service was needed, they discussed it with me and gave me time to consider it in the job. My house was smoke odor filled from end to end and in a matter of days, they were complete with the job and I was able to get my family member back into the house and once again breathe clean air. They are skilled and professional and I would highly recommend them to service from the biggest corporations to the smallest room request. Every law enforcement agency, crime lab unit, polluted area facility, property landlord & owners and households should know about this company and their services. I was very satisfied.
