We use sugar Maple and Hickory hardwood in our custom bbq cooker as we are bbq traditionalists. Specializing in ribs and pulled pork, we can manage to rustle up near anything you desire. Family, church & shop picnics, weddings, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties or just a backyard get together that you can have authentic bbq cooking without the trouble. We can do a whole hog for a Hawiian Luau or a New England style steamed lobster dinner. The choice is yours. Want to have an island themed party? Our Island Citrus chicken and shrimp is unreal. Is a traditional Cajun Mardi Gras meal more your preference? Try a Big Homemade from scratch Gumbo with fresh cornbread and blackened catfish at a party for some friends.
