Blue Rudge Plumbing is great and I would highly recommend to anyone. The owner Mike Lunceford went all out to make the project go smoothly with taking care of every small detail. Pads were used in the house, all materials cleaned up at the end of each day and the overall experience was great. Mike arrived when I was told he would, took the time to sort out the problem and then fixed it. He is personable, conscientious and knowledgeable and if I need a plumber again Blue Ridge Plumbing is at the top of my list.

On Saturday, I was able go online and share a photo of my slow, leaking pipe under my kitchen sink.
Not long afterwards, I received an online reply that hey had gotten my request.
Early Monday morning I was called by Blue Ridge Plumbing. Mike Lunsford came and replaced the leaking pipe in less than an hour. He and his company have been my family's choice for plumbing. They are reliable and affordable.

They worked us in and did an excellent job!

Pros, ....They replaced the main water line feeding the house, about 75 or 80 feet. They dug the new trench, installed the new line and shut off valve in about 4 hours. On time and on target, quote was right on the mark. complete job, did what they said.
Cons,... none really. Should I have had the electric underground lines marked? Who provides such services? I would have liked little more communication. They lived up to their end and did a great job.

Very timely and quote was within $50. They also cleaned up and left everything in good shape. Overall very pleased.

I have used smaller companies in the past and now realize why to use a more professional plumber. The technician told me what he was going to do. Explained what had to be done and what he recommended but did not push to do more than what was necessary.
