        Awesome party bus

        We used All Occasion Limousine for a 50th birthday party going out to dinner in their party bus and what fun we had. Very professional drivers and very accomodating to our needs. We would definitely use this company again.

        Great Company to deal with

        I have used this company on a few different occasions and they are very accomodating and do everything they say they are going to do. Very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. The owner is a hands-on type of guy.

        Beware of Giving these people your credit card info to "hold" deposit

        I arranged a ride in the limousine bus for Sunday, Mar 16, 2008. The owner, Richard and I had an agreement that my credit card # would only be used to "hold' the vehicle and I could pay cash. My credit card was charged $760.00 on the 12th of March! I called Richard on all 3 of the numbers listed and when he finally decided to return the call, he assured me that the credit had been given and that it was an honest mistake! To date, the funds have not been put back on my card and I will be seeking legal action against Richard and his company!!!

        The last thing the customer stated was that this issue was not taken care but indeed it was taken care of about a day or two after this review was posted. A full credit was issued on the credit card since cash was received on the day of the event. The card was charged on the 12th of March with the event on the 16th. This is standard practice. The evening of the event, as the limousine arrived, the client decided at the last minute to pay cash to the chauffuer. Being a late evening event on a Saturday night and with the office now closed, the information didn't reach our accounting personnel until Monday morning at which time, the credit was issued which takes three days to appear on the customer's statement. It is unfortunate that complaints that are posted are not always followed up with another follow up posting regarding a successful resolution of the complaint.
