      Morrow Elementary School has been providing educational services to students in prekindergarten through grade five since 1895. Its reading program emphasizes phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehensive skills. The school additionally uses a computerized accelerated reader program to encourage students to read for pleasure, as well as for knowledge. Its academic curriculum includes math, science, computer, art, music, social studies and health education. The school s media center houses over 19,000 items, including books, equipment, audiobooks, professional materials, magazines and videos, as well as offers an online list of reader quizzes. It has a parent-teacher association that conducts various fundraising events. Morrow Elementary School is a part of Clayton County Public Schools and is located in Morrow, Ga.
