I used this company because they were a Teleflora florist. Several years ago they carried a collection for Easter called Peter Rabbit. The container changed every year and my mother looked forward to receiving a new arrangement every year. I called directly to Kay's to order the new Peter Rabbit arrangement and stressed that I wanted the "New" container for the year and they said they would get it delivered. Much to my surprise when my mother called me to thank me for the flowers, she stated that the container was the same as the previous years. When I called Kay's to discuss the matter, they informed me that in the fine print of the website that not all items may be available. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! Especially after specifically asking for the "New" version. I called a Garden Center that is east of Monett and they AMAZINGLY had the "New" Peter Rabbit container for the year that I was wanting. They were more than happy make a beautiful arrangement and deliver it to my mother that very day. I called Kay's and told them to pick up the flowers that they had delivered and to please refund my money. The person I talked to at Kay's was not a very pleasant person,. From that point on, I order all of my flowers from across town. Not well played Kay's, I do spend a lot of money to make my mom happy!!!

Ordered on-line for a friend's g.mother's funeral and they told me they couldn't deliver to this area and I would need to cancel the order. When I asked how to do this since it was ordered from their website, they said they wasn't sure but that I would need to cancel the order. The website shows they will either deliver or arrange for a local florist to deliver. This is not the case. I would not recommend them nor use them on any future orders. They should set up the website that if the zip code entered for delivery is not in their delivery area a message notifies you or the order is not accepted.
