I came into this store because my phones camera was messed up. I had gone to a sprint store/called support various times and got no results. I was calling sprint every month asking what my cancellation fee was, because I was waiting for it to drop to $100 to cancel it. July 6th is when my cycle ended and my cancellation fee was $100, my boyfriend refused to pay the cancellation fee (at this point I didn’t care) He dragged me to this Sprint store to see if they could do anything. (He also had a separate issue) The first time I went in Luis Tortoledo, helped my boyfriend and I. We could tell he actually cared about helping us. I left the store very happy, when I came in to pick up my refurbished phone the staff was phenomenal as well. Oscar Moreno, helped me with transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone. I know it sounds simple, but as I said my old phone was messed up so it made this a very time consuming matter.(We went into the store after work which was 30 min before closing and no one rushed to get us out of the store) Not only did I walk out with a working phone but Yanira Cabanas, sold us a tablet. We left on vacation that night after we left the store, and we absolutely love the tablet. My boyfriend, as I stated had another issue with his phone, and Oscar Moreno, was helping him also showing like he actually cared about helping us. The customer service I received in this store is what convinced me to stay with Sprint. If it was not for them I would be with another mobile company right now. Thank you for making our experience a great one =)
I love the Service. Very Knowledgeable sales team as well great technical support they made it so easy for me to switch. I was in a crunch to move from my other provider or I would end up on another year contact there staff logged into my router setup QOS rules on my router made things work from day one. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and business partners. The one thing I love the most is when I call they have support staff here in the US and we are not put on hold there is always someone there to take your call. Mandy
My name is leviticus. I left tmobile to go att. But I needed samsung note 2 unlocked. Took it to baccell, may 2, 2013. Within ten to 15 mins it was done. Called several companies and bacell was the only one that told me. No problem bring it. Other companies Was changing 50.00 to 100.00 dollars. Bacell, 20 dollars. And wouldn't take a tip. Thats excellent service in my book.
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 which i had dropped and completely shattered the screen making it really hard to see. I took my phone to lar wireless and the service was incredible they made me feel like if they had known me forever and gave me a really good price on my phone screen. my phone now works fantastic
I am happy they fixed my phone fast. This place is really great they fix smart phones and computers and they are not only nice people but they do a great job at a fair price. I will use them again in the future for my laptop repairs and phone repairs based on the fact they did a great job for me.

Mr. Roque is no longer at this store. He is at the Dadeland Pointe Store. The store is great! Look for Ozzy when you come in! The staff is very courteous and helpful. Give them a try if you in the area. This store isn't as busy as the others in the area except on Sundays!

Very please with the tech (Ruben) that helped us yesterday, he really went above and beyond to try and fix our cell phone, explained the problem, tried several path to fix it etc. Highly recommended.
I forgot to use my reimbursement card and they won't credit me my money. I didn't ask for a card in the first place. if it's our money why do they put an expiration date on it!!!!
