Staff is rude, impolite. Billing won’t answer the phone for days, and once you reach them (after complaining to first answering person) they patronize you, even when you are just trying to help then get their owed money!They treat everybody like if they were third world f#cks with no expectations. If you are expecting correctness go elsewhere: there you’ll be a stone in a shoe!Trump! Build that wall!

I had an appointment, but I was still there for over an hour. I couldn't eat or drink for the test ordered. They took people that came in after me, before me. AWFUL EXPERIENCE I will never use them again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Seriously, avoid this place by all means possible and take your money and time elsewhere. Aside from the techs (who were great and efficient) the rest of the staff, especially front desk, are completely incompetent and rude. Appointments are an illusion, prepare to wait 2-5 hours to be seen. The front desk has zero concept of what proper healthcare customer service should look like. They won't give you a clear answer on your wait time or any other insurance questions you may have, and they prefer to continue their personal conversations then tend to the clients. To top it off they are running a fraudulent business. Went in for 2 ultrasounds and they required $150 up front (I have one of the best insurances in the market) and couldn't answer what for; their response? "That's what it is...pay it or you can do it elsewhere". They are in network so by contract the max they can charge me is $115, they KNOW THIS. They proceeded to bill me for over $800 of which I had paid $150 and my insurance paid $115...that is ILLEGAL!!! Their billing person, Tatiana, wouldn't take my calls for weeks. Not until my insurance representative got involved and stated the seriousness of the matter did they admit it was a "mistake". It took them over 3 months to refund me my money and I had to personally drive to them in order to pressure them to give me my check. NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could rate them lower I would. A joke of a business.

Wow super impressed with this facility! Can't believe how friendly and sweet they were to me when i arrived. After battling cancer and doing so many screenings and test they really left me feeling cared for. Will def. be going there again for all of my future diagnostics.

I was blown away by the excellent customer service when i arrived and how nice the facility was. My tech was super friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
very unprofessional all the employees talking personal things, Marisela she was not able to do her job, she took my blood, then called me at my house to come back because she said it was descomposed, she has a bad attitude, during the extraction of the blood I told her about my condition she just ignored me,she not once look at my eyes, very nasty attitude, since the moment I got there I told them my veins were scarce due to a previous illness, I asked for the one with more expriences, I got Marisela , what a nasty lady, she make me feel so uncomfortable, I thought she was angry, I made a complaint to the main corp office, and called another quest diagnostic she said in the computer she was missing one tube of blood.She never told me this.Bad place, I better go back to Lab Corp
Do not come to this place. The wait is extremely long even though they supposedly go by appointment. This is very disrespectful to the patients. Will not come here again, much less refer them.
