I purchased a vehicle in Ohio to be shipped to Texas. I filled out an online form stating my requirements and Andrew Auto Transport had the best/cheapest price, or so I thought. What I hate about this industry is that they require your credit card info upfront, before any services are completed. The quote I received from Mark W. was never realized. The next quote was almost double. I stated in the beginning that I had an issue with the price. He sends 2 emails, the first one asking for a 24 hour extension to find a carrier and the 2nd saying he found a carrier at $500 above my asking price and asking should I book the carrier. I did not respond to the 2nd email. I call Mark W. back and he says he will forward the carrier info to me. WTH? I call him back and he says I OK'd the 2nd email and subsequently he charged my card. I'm livid because I know I did not respond. I get home and check my email and the 2nd email was unread. I call him back and he attempted to convince that the mix up was my fault. He said I responded and I asked him to forward the email and he couldn't, but he continued to argue with me. He would never acknowledge that the mistake was his. His reasoning was that he sent 2 emails and he assumed I was responding to the 2nd email authorizing the carrier. You are in a service capacity and you don't do your due diligence? I ultimately ended up using the carrier because I didn't want to give another my broker my credit card info, which I cancelled. Not a good experience at all. I paid more than I anticipated and received horrible service while doing so.
I have been trying to ship a generator to Puerto Rico for weeks after Maria's devastation. I have called Fed Ex, DHL, UPS and all of the big shippers and it was an endless loop of unsurity with no definite answers and only one quote (which was ridiculous)I called Tri Star and spoke directly with the President, Joyce who gave me exact answers, good pricing and the comfort of knowing that at least someone knew what they were doing and our generator would get to the family who desperately needed it.I would highly recommend them.. Bad experience with the new owner. After sending an insured article that arrived broken. They did nothing to straighten things up. No credit or return offered. Do not go there!! Insurance is just a trick to make you pay more!!

Nosotros enviamos una carga y se robaron parte de la mercadería y ambas partes tanto aquí en Miami como en Managua se lavaron las manos diciendo que nadie había tocado nada. Por favor no hagan sus envíos con ellos, tienen una pésima atención, ademas que esta compañia constantemente tiene estos problemas con sus empleados
This company is unprofessional and unethically! The service is horrible . They left my elderly parents without tenting . The owner called just the night before to cancel at about 8 pm . My parents had to have special accommodations because they have a walker and wheel chair to walk. So the hotel was more expensive and couldn't be cancelled because it was to late . All the food thrown away per the owner Roberto Rivera . He has no class and very unprofessional. Does not have a heart for humanity. No one especially the elderly should not have this abuse done to them. Do not trust this company . And by the way they had been paid a month before the tent was planned to be put on . But he never showed up . Roberto the owner is very irresponsible! Unprofessional.
These folks are scam artist the only way you can contact them as soon mail or text there's no physical address they bounced phone numbers all around from Texas to Miami to Gainesville Florida stay away at all cost
