We are patient people that is why we never reported this "Doctor" her name is Lori Espinoza, she operates in the location called Kendall Eye Center located on 9001 SW 107th Ave.Miami FL 33176. It took me 1 month to finally finish the exam since every time I was there I had to wait a minimum of two hours, the doctor was very rude and unprofessional, She always tried to make you feel silly because she never explained anything like how the procedure was or what do I had to bring the next visit, nothing. Every time I was there she always gave me attitude and when I asked her something she always responded in a bad way. She never paid attention to what I needed to say, all had to be the way she said it. There was not other way not explanations, just the way she wanted to do it and that is it. There is only one doctor and she assists the patients 3 at a time, so imagine her running back and forward between rooms. on top of that when I got to get the final contact boxes after one month and always waiting around 2 hours to be called the prescription was wrong and when I went to exchange them they started giving me a bunch of excuses to finally say that I need to get another appointment meaning more time and money! But I don't have to pay because she did the thing wrong. when I said no the doctor she started to scream and yell and she told me that she did not care if I report her to the insurance or make a charge back she was very angry and started to say bye get out of my store bye bye very rude, and I also was with my partner who is disable person and she also got very upset because this lady was very disrespectful to her and she was I am going to call the police and you all are going to go to jail, and she started laughing and threatened us just because I wasn’t agree to do whatever she wanted. At the end I have no contacts lenses because she took them, I have not more credit for vision with my insurance for the day, plus I also paid $160 out of my pocket that I actually paid for nothing.This person should not be called "doctor" she is so unprofessional and her work is really poor always sarcastic and upset.I do not think this is the way to treat a customer or patient so I hope you can do anything regarding this issue, I really do not think that this kind of situation should happen and the customer can not do anything about it. I rely on the system.
Extremely disappointed by doctor Wilfredo Lara. Incompetent on every level. While performing surgery to my right eye,he perforated it and also caused a tear in the retina and leakage from the vitreous. What's even worse,he never disclosed that and lied to me stating that the surgery had been successful. Some time later he gave me a cortisone injection to the same eye causing the pressure of the eye to go down to 2 (from 20).He could not figure out the reason why the pressure had gone down so much and sent me home and told me to come back in one week. Instead I went to the ER and they saved my eye; the doctors at the ER were shocked to hear that doct Lara had sent me home and recommended me never to go back to him.As a result of Doctor Lara's incompetence and negligence i have lost the vision in my right eye forever since he caused permanent damage.Stay away from that doctor.
I Call This Company after Hours, hoping to live a message to be contacted some time Latter. and my surprisea guy answer the phone, still don't know his Name, I Told him about a situation that I have to solve next day In the morning, Some phone wires in the way stoping me to continue finishing a drywall installation Job.The Guy said he will have some body calling me soon.well not even 10 minutes pass I had a person calling me And making an appointment for next day 10 in the morning. even do I explain to the guy that it wasn't a big job This is the Reason I want it to do this Review This is an excellent Customer Service & Professional Company With Caring Personal. Good Afternoon, My Mother is a patient of Dr Yee for Aran Eye Associates. She's been going there about 3 months now. She's been doing several procedures such as Avastin and BRP laser treatment. Well my mother has suffered the side effects of all the procedures. I have no complain with the doctor Yee, but mostly if you care about going to a doctors office and deal with a professional staff DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH MIAMI OFFICE, the staff is the WORST!!!! My mother had an emergency, she count see she had blurry vision. We called the office and they told us to come in at 2PM when we got there they told her she count see the doctor.After fighting it with the Manager ANA they made us wait till the last patient was out. One of the staff members her name is DAYAMI started arguing with my mother and myself that we had to wait we had no option. DAYAMI was screaming at us and being unprofessional. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We waited for 5 hours to be seen by the doctor Yee, Never again my mother will see this office again....... If you want a great doctor with good quality staff I recommend you go somewhere else!!!!!Diana Lopez

My experience with the doctors and the staff were really awesome. I even didn't need to wait more than 5 minutes to get a consultant for my eye problem. I found the best treatment from this eye care clinic. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a tremendous experience and I will recommend this eye care centre.

La mujercita a cargo del departamento de optica es sumamente grosera, prepotente, abusiva, insultante en su trato, uno se siente humillado cuando utiliza sus servicios... De nada vale la atencion de la optometrista, cuando esta mujer (DEL DEPARTMENTO OPTICO) Trata al paciente como escoria... EL SITIO MEDICO EN EL QUE PEOR ME HAN TRATADO EN LA HISTORIA!!!
