F V Cleaners

I had several items Dry Cleaned and Laundered at FV. Upon returning home and later examination of 2 of my white shirts there appeared to be burn marks on them. I returned to the cleaner with the shirts and said that the shirts appeared to be burned. I was immediately yelled at that they were not burns but stains. I said fine if they are stains and you were paid to clean the shirts take them back and clean them. I was again yelled at and told that they can't remove the stains and that if I wanted them to try I would have to pay to clean them again. The entire time I was being yelled at the man in the store had a mouth full of food and was spitting all over me and my shirts. The sad part is all they had to do was apologize right away and try to clean the shirts a second time and they would have had a loyal customer. Now I will be sure to tell everyone about my bad experience at this establishment.
