This store is all about making a sale, staffs are rude, bad customer service, overcharge its unassuming customers. Overall, BAD ETHICS!

I bought a dog there which had medical problems from day 1. She is now 4 yrs. old and we have spent a fortune on medical bills. The warranty only covers 1 yr. for genetic or congenital problems. Well it took 4 yrs. of doctoring to find out that, that is the problem. No help from Puppies Plus. She will have to be on Liver medication for the rest of her life. So BEWARE !

Just brought our Cavachon home! We are a retired couple and have had pets all our lives. After months of research, we chose Puppies Plus w/some reluctance but it turned out to be the best decision. The owners and staff (Debra) really are caring about their puppies. They went above and beyond to make sure my puppy was ready to go home. The owner went far as calling us at home to confirm all was well with the puppy and was adjusting to her new environment. Let's see the ASPCA do that!
