From a distance, they are almost invisible. *The Herbst appliance, which is cemented inside the mouth, can be used to replace the "dreaded" headgear. *The Invisalign system is now offered to our adult patients. It consists of a series of clear, plastic retainers that align the teeth. *Early treatment is also performed to prevent the extraction of permanent teeth later on.
