His septic service was good. It's his bookkeeper that is unprofessional. Instead of sending invoices or late notices or making a phone callor using the courts to file garnishment or send invoices to the homeowner she just tells everyone she sees whether at soccer games or at the courthouse that you owe them money.. seems to me like a good way to destroy business. Ted should replace her. Would not refer this company for that reason.
