The Gorbals

Great simple food prepared with meticulous detail. I had the roasted marrow, bahn mi poutine (spicy), Latkes, bacon-wrapped matzoh balls, Grilled squid and all of it was delicious. Most of the dishes are served as small tapas style plates and the menu changes often so you know the ingredients are fresh.

They have a pretty good bar and great atmosphere. I especially like that they have a counter abutting the kitchen where you can talk with the chefs and watch them prepare dishes as if you were sitting at a sushi bar.
