Nice ambiance in a great location in the Americana. The food is just as you expect anytime you go to a Cheesecake Factory. Large portions, good flavor, but it's a chain restaurant and it sure tastes like one. I had the Renee's lunch special (soup, salad, sandwich) and was a bit disappointed in my sandwich. The chicken salad was overly mayonnaise'd and the soup of the day (wild mushroom) was quite salty. The great thing about the restaurant is its huge menu, so good for a large group who can't decide what they want to eat. The cheesecakes are delicious, but I opted out this time. But, try one of my favorites, the red velvet cheesecake. Parking is easy within the Americana shopping plaza (structure with free hour, or more with validation).
Great place for my child to play. Clean, safe, well managed, great menu choices for adults and children (including those on special diets), and a c…
This is a good new restaurant for business folks in the Glendale/Brand corridor. The interior is nice and big - well done design. The menu is small, but focuses on gourmet takes is burgers, steak, and some pizzas - they do have vegetarian options. We had the calamari (good) and a margarita pizza (not remarkable in any way - little disappointing, but fine), and burgers (everyone seemed to like them). Prices are good.
I love eating at this burger joint. I was just there last night. I usually have the double cheesebuger, fries, & soda for under $7. Hotdgos, Pastrami Sub, Chili Cheese Fries, hotcakes, are also great. Warning: they only take cash. No credit cards. They have an ATM machine inside the restauant but it comes with surcharges of course. Save yourself some money and bring cash. Fast & Friendly Staff.
It's a burger joint but it also serves Mexican food! As I was walking in, I saw someone eating a tostada and it looked pretty good so I ordered it, although it is not on the menu. I guess there is a secret menu. You have a choice of chicken or beef, I picked beef and it was delicious. Very soft and tender and flavorful, not dry like it can sometimes end up being. I will be back.
PAZOOKIE! PIZZA! BEER! For a chain restaurant, this is a good one. I love the variety of their menu - always a good thing if you have a big group. Their pazookie cookies are delicious and a must have and they have a huge beer list. Pizza's are deep dish style and have tons of toppings. Parking is plentiful in the lot attached to the building. 2 hrs validation.
Was driving around and craving a burger. Saw this place was nearby and was gushing over the photos. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and was not disappointed. The burger was so flavorful and the bacon was perfect. The fries were nice and crunchy and just everything was great. Place was clean and service was quick! Definitely coming back!
Great service, lovely people working there. The food was good and they had a decent selection. We were told that they were still in their "soft start", so I have high hopes for their future menu items, possible happy hour & getting to eat up on the rooftop terrace. Great addition to the street's food scene, which seems to be in an upswing.
Good price, friendly service and quality food! You'll never go wrong with their burgers; Another of my favorite is their 3 Eggs Croissant with spinach, tomato, cheese, chicken (substitute of bacon) and added avocado. So delicious!!! Make sure you check your orders for takeouts ( they sometimes forget to put add-on items in my bag).
When I'm here I feel like I'm on a European vacation. Love the greenery, the quaint vibe and the music really pulls it together. I come for breakfast and get the strawberry Waffle. It's delicious and huge! You get a lot for your money and it's the best waffle I've ever had!
This is the Islands I went to as a kid and it's still great! We were recently shopping in Glendale and my kids were hungry and saw Islands, a family favorite. They were so excited to eat at a different Islands. We were not disappointed. Great burgers and beer!
