- Gregg County Historical Museum is housed in the 1910 Everett Building. Room reproductions include a bank president's office, a dentist's office, a print shop, a parlor, a log cabin and a general store. Audiovisual shows concern the histories of Texas, Gregg County and printing. There is a display and video about the 1894 Longview bank robbery by Bill Dalton and his gang. The Gregg County Historical Foundation is a closely affiliated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to raise private philanthropic dollars to support the programs, projects, and activities of the Gregg County Historical Museum.
