Ruby Tuesday

I ate lunch at Ruby Tuesday's on Sunday. Our server ("J," I think) was pleasant, friendly, fast and helpful. I was with a party of 9 and she remembered all of our orders. She did a great job addressing any and all issues that we had. I will be back!

I loved it. Very clean. Food was great and the hostesses were kind courteous and cute. ;-)

I work near this location and attempted to order by phone to pick something up to go. I was on hold for 10 minutes and never got to place my order! Tried online ordering and it's not operational. This restaurant will not get another chance from me! If this is how you treat customers before you even see them, I imagine your customer service in person is equally as disappointing!!
