Titan Propane

Horrible customer service they will not set up an install date its been 6 weeks and 8 phone calls. To this day the response is " someone will get with you asap and set a time to install your tank" and this results in another week of no communication or phone call from TITAN. then ill call again and ill get the same response. Ill go anywhere before I use these guys

I really appreciate Titan overall, but Titan could ease up a bit on threatening to pick up the tank of a customer that has paid all but 1/4 of the entire bill. Things do happen so a customer is unable to pay on time and picking up the tank would only cause more expense and trouble to both parties. There are other companies in the area. Maybe Titan could become a little more aware of the fact that the customers are human beings.
