Excellent service - called on a Monday, they came out on Wednesday for installation. Installer was a nice guy. Fair price.

I am a previous employee of this company and I witnessed on more than one occasion them having more post to cover than security guards to put at the posts. There are times where booths that NEED to be secured are left not secure because the company can't keep enough guards on shift. They pay less than what each guard is worth. They don't give proper lunch and rest breaks. this company can hardly keep track of who they're hiring and when, as long as it appears they have enough guards on post and nobody is asking for proof, they continue accepting the fee and not telling their clients that there were several hours and maybe an entire shift where a guard was not guarding their booths. I can only imagine what happens at the other properties they manage, the HOA's, I've heard stories of guards leaving their shifts or sleeping in their cars. This company should be shut down.

Service isn't bad. But they will not negotiate letting you out of your contract without paying the full amount due. Telephone companies, cell phone carriers and cable operators all negotiate early termination fees. But Sting will hold you to the whole term with no options. If you do use them, do not sign anything long term or you're stuck.

Salesman was misleading and told me I would be upgrading from ADT. Now I'm stuck with 2 alarm bills. Owner is rude and unapologetic.

i called for a quotation for security cameras, and they were very nice and helpfuli got 8 cameras for my business installed and on my iphone/ipad and pci can see everything clear and on the go as wellthank you

We had no choice but to deal with this company, as the builder of our new home had a contract with them. The sales guy only wanted to sell us their overpriced alarm systems. Big communication failure all around. If you have to deal with them, check, double-check, and triple check they understand you. Not only that, go out there at the actual job site to make sure things go as you explained to them! Otherwise, there'll be big big surprises. I seriously wonder how they stay in business.

A company is only as good as their dedication to customer service. ATAC ensured me that I would be satisfied from the start and after all said and done they have exceeded my expectations. Great service. Great support. Great accountability.
