I have done business with Lloyd and his crew for over two years. They have always been professional, courteous, and remarkably fair. They've built up my confidence in their knowledge and skill. They've really demonstrated to me how willing they are to help fix things right (the first time).

Since they moved a few months ago to their new location at 701 S Florida Ave in Lakeland much easier to get to. They never cease to amaze me. Just left a different vehicle with them yesterday and they called me to inform me what was going on before they did the work and explained that whomever done the job previously really didn’t do it but charged me for it and they were upset that it happened even though they had nothing to do with it! So nice to have an honest concerned business to deal with. I will take all my vehicles to this shop! Thank you Lloyd’s Automotive

Stay away form this rip off place!!! They take no responsibility for damages while your vehicle is there on their property!! Took money from my elderly father and never corrected the problem!! Motor home runs worse than it did, now it won’t start, awning arm is bent and busted light on the side... 😐. Try to give your business to the local guy and this is what happens, some are not as honest as others!! Btw, I did spell it correct!!

Experienced, honest and ethical, not to mention friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced considering they stand by their work. Won't go anywhere else.

If you want to find an honest mechanic, this is the one. Fixed my gas leak for super cheap and got my car back the next day. I'm a lifer!
