This place is horrible!!! They treat you real nice when you arrive and even have a FREE café for drinks, snacks and ice cream. This is to soften the blow when you realize what happened while you were there. So they do everything they can to "KEEP" you there. They are paid the longer you are there. They charge each party a $95.00 administrative fee plus $175 an hour to EACH party for the mediation as well as "preparation time". It is a legalized JOKE! They don't even disclose this to you. You are just surprised with a bill in the mail. I have no idea how they can get away with this highway robbery!!! This adds to the mockery of our judicial system.

**** UPDATE **** So get this. I decide to call the location and discuss with them my displeasures, I get put on hold, and then the Owner, Mr. O'Toole, comes on the phone and says who he is and asks how he can help me. I asked if I was blind transferred, and he claimed no, and that he knew what I was calling for. (He just came on the phone blindly and asked how he could help me as if he knew nothing). Basically he decided to push the blame to my attorney for everything and didn't want to take ownership of ANYTHING. I quickly saw this was going nowhere and pointed out to him that he was bullying my on the phone and not addressing all my issues, and only wanted to put the blame somewhere else. Then threatened that if my attorney didn't pay the bill, he would no longer be able to do business there and that he would turn him into the Florida Bar. He had such a pompous attitude. I then directed him back to my issue with the mediator and told him of the practices that I didn't appreciate. He had nothing to say, because he said he didn't know him very well. He owns the business, but doesn't know his employees very well, he hired them? Doesn't sound right. All this guy, Mr. O'Toole, wants is money, money, money, and he could care less about the clients. He told me that I wasn't going to leave bad reviews and get rewarded for it.
