About as bad as it could have been. There seems to be a disconnect between customer appreciation promotion and actual customer appreciation. I will find another place to spend my money and would recommend the same to others. The attitude seems to be shared on a corporate level also. So don't bother trying to complain about poor treatment by local folks. It will certainly be your fault.
