East Wichita Dentist

I’ve been scared of dentists since I was a child. And the feelings of the past are still with me now at my age of 56. I’ve got to say that I have never experienced such a fine team of dentists in my life. I needed to have a tooth extracted and I was in serious pain. The wonderful ladies in the front office got me right in. So polite, smiling, gracious women. Dr. Parkman and her assistant Alex took such excellent care of me. Their kindness and professionalism mean a lot to me. I have and will continue to use their exceptional services. Thank you to everyone who made me feel right at home. 5 stars across the board!

Dr. Fankhauser was my dentist as a child and in my early teen years in both Wellington and Wichita. He is a very compassionate and responsible dentist. I had regular cleanings, fillings, and more and each time I climbed in that chair, I felt comfortable. He always explained the procedure he was going to do, even as a child, he attempted to make me understand. After the procedures were over, he would hug me and ask me if he hurt me. I always got a "treasure" from the treasure box, as well. Overall, perfect dentist for children!

Gaby, I want to say a great thank you for making me feel so comfortable for my visit to the dentist. I was in great pain with my teeth in the state they were. Gaby, is one of the most caring, thoughtful, conscientious , personal and knowledgeable about her profession that I have experienced in a long time. She made my visit to the dentist pleasant, if that is possible. She even took the time to hand write a note to me regarding my care and any problems I may encounter at home, after my trip to the dentist. I did have extensive work done on my first visit. Hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! The staff is sincere and professional. I’m happy that I finally found Dr. Koepsel because he makes me feel at ease during our visits.

I came in to see Dr. Fankhauser after I was sick of being in pain. I went to 3 different Dentist's within the year and none of them could figure out what was wrong. One Dentist wanted to do a root canal because my tooth was sensitive yet they could not find any problems or decay, there was no cavity. Dr. Fankhauser did some simple tests and found out I have TMJ. TMJ is where your jaw is out of alignment and you teeth are not coming together the way they should, so you get headaches and your teeth can hurt from too much pressure. Dr. Fankhauser fixed me all up and I am doing great now and they were so kind and friendly. I look forward to going back to see them again!

I was very nervous before my first appointment. It had been many years since I even went to the dentist. The whole office really made be feel welcome from the moment I came in. They never lectured me about the fact I had lots of cavities.

I love Dr. Fankhauser's office. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
