We were very disappointed with our Joe Lamb rental. The beds were terrible. Some did not have real mattresses...they were just hard boards with a thin piece of foam over them. Floors were not clean. The AC had been turned completely off and it took several hours to cool the place down.

We have been dealing with Joe Lamb Realty for about 15 years now, as we vacation on the Outer Banks every summer. They have always been very patient and polite when handling our rental reservations, and in the rare event that there was any issue with our rental property, they always took care of it ASAP. We like dealing with a company that has always treated us so well.

Rented from Joseph Lamb Real Estate several years ago. A very poor experience. Based on our experience - Using this company was a big mistake.There are many other great rental companies. Use them, it is your vacation. You are paying a lot of money - no one needs the Joseph Lamb aggravation and nonsense. Keep your distance from Joseph Lamb and company.
