Additional items can be added for minutes, newsletters and other resident communications. The webpage can also be linked to your own Associations existing website. Sentry has really come a long way this past year. Since I have started working with Sentry we have strived for better communication, on time and accurate financials and our promise to serve the Community is something we strive for everyday.

Recently a friend contacted Sentry Management in Orlando Florida and asked for a key to the Community Pool.
They had never been given or had asked for this key since they never used it. The person at the other end, a customer service rep. for Sentry, told them they had to pay $25 for said keys. It is a habit that Sentry has always had. You ask them for a piece of paper and they would charge you for it.
How ironic that a company in their year ending statement shows a high amount of money for faxes sent. Yet every
time they have a meeting concerning the budget they never allow owners to assist. How about taxation without representation? They operate these communities like the bankers and lawyers that they would like to be but do not have the brain power to achieve. But it seems they lull the board members into their money traps.
