        Several times service was under par. The last time we ordered a wrap, mozzarella sticks, and 3 shakes. We had to pull ahead and wait for the sticks (that was fine). Finally they brought out our food and went back in, never came out with our shakes. We finally went back thru the line and told them they forgot our shakes, they acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about ... and the shakes were sitting right next to the window.
        After telling them our shakes were right there, they handed them to me but only 2 straws.
        "Unacceptable"
