Behavioral Health
Our Lasalle Behavioral Health Unit was designed by experts in the geriatric field focusing on the medical, social and psychiatric complexities of the aging process. Our trained team of health care professionals include a Licensed Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner and Medical Doctors and are available 24/7 for patients in the program.
Our cutting edge Ultrasound equipment is designed with you – our patients – in mind. Ultrasound is used in multiple ways as a means for diagnosis, creating images of soft tissue structures such as the gallbladder, liver, kidneys, pancreas, bladder and other organs. Ultrasound can also measure the flow of blood in arteries to detect blockages which can help detect, and possibly prevent, a heart attack or stroke. A transcribed reading of your ultrasound results will be available within 24 hours and a verbal reading for STAT orders within 10-45 minutes.
MRI
An MRI Test (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is a test that allows us to diagnose disease or injury without exposing you to any radiation. This machine uses powerful magnets and radio waves to view the soft tissues of the body and is frequently used to diagnose issues of the nervous system. An MRI scan can be used to detect brain tumors and injury, stroke, infection, blockages of blood vessels, issues of the spine, and much more. A transcribed reading of your MRI results will be available within 24 hours.

Complementing LGH’s healthcare delivery to women is our Mammography services where your health, dignity, and healthcare are paramount! At LGH, not matter what illness you face, we are prepared to render the care you need or find you the specialty you require. A transcribed reading of your 3D mammogram results will be available within 48 hours when prior films are available the day of testing.
Computed Tomography
Our advanced computerized tomography scanner, what you know as a Cat or CT Scan, enables us to expose you to less radiation and get you in and out quickly. We can scan your whole body in under four seconds! A transcribed reading of your Cat scan results will be available within 24 hours and a verbal reading for STAT orders within 10-45 minutes.
