Went for examine, recommended to go Cataract & Laser institute ,Dr so worried bout left eye when I had detached retina that never checked to see if implant was attached so I would never go either place. Now my eye fills like lens is broken up.

Really ??? You are late for the appointment . They were probably really booked solid . And then you have the gall to complain when they have to tell you that if you cant get there in 5 minutes. You will have to reschedule your appointment. That was not bad customer service. Next time make sure to leave time. To get there on time. I get my glasses here all the time . I have never had a bad experience . But then again I have never been late when appointment made.

I had an appointment and called to tell them I would be a little late. They told me I had 5 min. to get there or I'd have to reschedule. 5 minutes? Really?! They don't take care of their customers at this location by all means. Two thumbs down.
