Villa Toscana at Cypress Woods

Poorly staff. Facility is very understaffed and rude. Facility is unclean with patients after hours on their own After 8pm......long or no response to call button. Family member was admitted late in the day. Unable to get proper and timely assistance with toilet needs. Nurses ignored call button while carrying on personal conversation. Snack room had open ice machine .....VERY unsanitary. I'm amazed that the health department allows Villa toscaca to stay open....REALLY AMAZED. Facility needs to be secretly investigated. Just another facility which caters to senior citizens who can. Of defend themselves. Makes me sick. The only way to submit rating is to
